Kindergarten After-School Nanny - Princeton, NJ
A kind and communicative family in Princeton is looking for a long-term, career nanny for their independent and energetic 5-year-old daughter.
Start Date: September 3rd, 2025
- $25–$30/hour for the right fit
- 27.5 hours/week guaranteed(School Year), 20 hours per week guaranteed during the summer
- Paid on the books
School Year Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Friday: 12:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- School pickup and driving to after-school activities (mileage reimbursement or gas covered)
- Planning and facilitating engaging and educational activities
- Helping with age-appropriate homework and developmental play
- Encouraging self-sufficiency and confidence
- Light tidying related to the child and preparing simple snacks
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional nanny experience with one family
- Confident, fun, organized, and calm when plans change
- Comfortable supporting a child who was born without a right arm (minor modifications only)
- Must have a reliable vehicle (mileage or gas reimbursement provided)
