Full-Time Live-In Nanny - Warren, NJ
Start Date: October 13, 2025 (ASAP)
Location: Warren, NJ
Employment Term: 1 year minimum, with option to extend.
Schedule: Guaranteed 40 hours per week minimum
- Monday – Friday: 6:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m. & 2:30 p.m.–7:00 p.m., Saturday: approximately 6.5 hours (exact time communicated weekly)
- Nanny will be provided a clear break in the middle of the day.
- Flexibility is needed on school closing days to shift hours.
Live-In: Preferred (Private bedroom & bathroom in a finished basement provided)
Live-Out: Open for the right candidate
About the Children
- 6-year-old boy – in school 8:30 a.m.–3:30/4:00 p.m.; dairy allergy, carries epi-pen.
- 3-year-old girl – in school 8:30 a.m.–3:30/4:00 p.m.
- 1-month-old boy – currently home; starting daycare in December.
Core Responsibilities
Infant Care
- Bottle preparation, feeding, and support with pumping parts/bottle washing.
- Tummy time, nap training, and maintaining an established routine.
- Developmental stimulation
School-Aged Care
- Morning prep and school drop-off support, vehicle provided.
- Afternoon bus pick-up within the complex
- After-school routine: showers, dressing, homework help, teeth brushing, and bedtime prep.
- Occasional activity support (e.g., dad handles piano lessons for 6-year-old)
General Household Support (Child-related)
- Light tidying of children’s spaces
- Ensuring structure, consistency, and following the family’s parenting style
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $28–$30 (based on experience)

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of professional newborn care experience
- Minimum 2 years of professional childcare experience (live-in nanny experience strongly preferred)
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be comfortable with background checks.
- Must be comfortable with W-2 employment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving children (vehicle provided for work-related purposes)
- Ability to manage multiple children and balance infant/toddler routines alongside school-aged needs
- Strong communication skills, professional boundaries, and respect for household rules & privacy
