Professional Nanny

A Professional Nanny is an experienced caregiver who provides consistent, in-home childcare on a long-term basis. Nannies typically work 25 hours or more per week and support children's physical, emotional, and developmental needs through structured routines, age-appropriate activities, and consistent guidance.
Typical Duties May Include:
- Planning daily routines and educational activities
- Preparing meals and snacks for children
- Supporting potty training and developmental milestones
- Managing school drop-offs, pickups, and extracurriculars
- Light housekeeping related to children (e.g., laundry, children's dishes, tidying play areas, etc)

Our Replacement Policy (Long-Term Placements Only) *
We stand behind our placements but understand that circumstances can change.
- Within 120 Days: One-time complimentary replacement search for qualifying terminations
- 120 –150 Days: 49% of original fee applied toward new placement
- 151–210 Days: 27% of original fee applied toward new placement
- After 210 Days: $185 discount on new search
Pricing:
Registration Fee: $595 (non-refundable, due to begin your search)
Placement Fee: 15% of nanny’s gross annual salary
Full-Time Minimum: $9,360 (40+ hrs/week)
Part-Time Minimum: $7,020 (25–39 hrs/week)
